1. The secretary knows how to plan her work
I should think through the day’s work often several days ahead. Everytime , I should look at my calendar and make notes of what am to be done. I also arrange my boss plan about the meeting with his bussines collagues. So I must set the fix schedule first and make a notesin my calendar and I don’t forget to inform to my boss about what are the plan today.
2. The secretary has a sense of anticipation
Have a sense of anticipation is not onlyknow what is my routines job and doing my routines job, but also I know what to do before my boss ask for it and I must prepare fot it without the instruction from my boss. For example, when my boss have a meeting, I must prepare all about the equipment , the data, powerpoint, meeting room, etc, before my boss give the instruction for prepare. I am doing that, my boss will look good at the day when he lead the meeting with his business collagues

Working a secretary I must loyal. I mean I do my best for my company. So that my company will be become better place for anyone to eork for so my company will progress fastly. Loyal also means that I have a good attitude and good dediation for my company and my boss. For example, I must keep my company secret and I don’t tell to anybody about the secret. I am really loyal want my company to success and grow up.
2. The secretary is tactful
I must doing the right thing at the right time and trying to make a good company image. For example, when my company have complaint from my customers, I must handling the complaint by well mannered, I must give apologize first, asking the customer phone number, promise to call back, find out the situation and call back. I must make a good salutation for my company and my customers. So my companywill not bad.

As the secretary I workvery close with my boss. I am the nearst persent with my boss in the office so that I know everything before the others and I am the first person to know all about information, so thath I must keep the secret of the company. It’s makes I have a private room. I also can use all the equipment like photocopy machine, fax machine, thelepon and computer. The sepecial things from I have a private room is I can consentrate with my work, so there is no distribution from other staff. My room is beside my boss room so I can consultan about my problem of the job to make it easier.
2. The secretaries Salaries are attractive
The secretary salaries is higher and much better than employee. Eventhough I am working is not big company, but the salarie is interested. Especially, I am working in the big company and my boss is important person. Certainly, I have higher salaries. It’s because I have an important job in my company, so my company give the appreciation by big salaries.

Paulita : No, I didin’t know about it.
Sesaria : Well, you can see in the graph of Indonesian Banking. Ratio performing
loan ceiling on February 2008 is 4,21%.
Paulita : Yes. And nominal the nonperforming loan of bank creasing from Rp
42 Trillion on last December 2008 become Rp 48 Trillion on February.
Sesaria : This mean any to increasing nonperforming loan is Rp 12 Trillion only 3
month.
Paulita : Yes. We can see in the graph between may 2008 until July 2008. Rp 40
Trillion on May 2008 become Rp 41 Trillion on June and July 2008.
Sesaria : And this mean Rp 1 Trillion decrease to compare on last December 2008
until February 2009.
Paulita : Rp 46 Trillion more increase on 2008.
Sesaria : And Rp 39 Trillion more decrease on 2008.
